GV & JP General Partnership processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. We act as data controller for data collected through this website.

2. Principles we follow
Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; collected for specific purposes; limited to what is necessary; kept accurate; stored no longer than needed; and protected with appropriate security measures (Art. 5 GDPR).

We process data to respond to your requests and perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)), to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c)), for our legitimate business interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and — for non-essential cookies — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

5. How to exercise your rights
Send your request to info@gvjp.gr or by post to our registered office. We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests. We may ask you to confirm your identity. Requests are free of charge.
6. Data security & breaches
We use secure (HTTPS) hosting, restricted access and reputable service providers bound by data-processing agreements. In the event of a personal data breach we will notify the Hellenic Data Protection Authority within 72 hours where required and inform affected individuals without undue delay.
7. International transfers
Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to keep your data protected.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifissias 1-3, 11523 Athens, Greece — www.dpa.gr.
